Further, if you read some other unbiased acai berry diet reviews, they say that for the diet to work, you will need to follow to for a sustained period of time. This is true in case of most diets but it only goes to show that it takes long to even get the promised results and you must be strong willed to abide by it for that long.
If you consider all the drawbacks of an acai berry diet, you may think twice before going on one yourself. But if you can afford it, it is still a great option to try out.
