Heartburn or GERD can Kill

Heartburn is a common annoyance. The busy lifestyle, quick meals, fatty or spicy foods all contribute to the occasional need of a chewable pain reliever. The acceptance of heartburn as an inconvenient, but natural, part of the daily grind can blind you to the warning that a severe heartburn symptom can bring.

Heartburn as a Disorder

Heartburn can be a symptom as well as a disorder. Simple heartburn or GERD can be controlled and dealt with. However, heartburn can signal the presence of a much more serious problem. If it’s heartburn, you will have a burning sensation in the chest usually after eating. There may be a spread of the burning to the throat, sometimes accompanied by a bad taste, difficulty in swallowing, belching, coughing, hoarseness and/or wheezing.

It can become worse by lying down or bending over or by eating. Relief can come from an antacid. While the more severe heartburn symptoms may be mistaken for a heart attack, simple heartburn is usually not made worse by exercise. If there is any concern that the pain may signal a heart attack, get help quickly.

000 Relationships - How To Attract A Man

By Chris Jensen

Who ever said that it is difficult to turn a guy on? Guys are easy. Girls can simply wear drop-dead-gorgeous clothes, put on some make-up, and get a guy's attention eventually. They can walk, talk, and act like they're easy and immediately turn any guy on. For some of us, this may be hard to believe. How can guys be easy? Well, here's a treat for all of you who are wondering - the secret on how to attract a man.

One man said that flirting was a great way for women to attract men. Men love it when women flirt with them. But how is flirting done?

Flirting is of a playful nature. You cannot be a serious flirt. Flirting involves humor, risk, and a display of interest. It is so much similar to when boys used to tease you in grade school and you tease them back. It indicates interest in the other person, even when that interest may not be requited. It involves making the other person feel special without expecting anything in return. Flirting, then, puts you at risk for rejection.

Flirting is not confined to the men you like. You can flirt with anyone, anywhere, and anytime. Soon, flirting will become natural to you and you will find it easy to strike up a conversation with people you do not really know.

Flirting does not guarantee attraction. Although flirting is usually effective with most men, every flirt must still ready herself for possible rejection. Remember, do not take rejection personally. When you flirt with someone, you offer him the possibility of connection. If he doesn't want it, simply offer it to someone else.

On a closing note, I would like to add that flirting is immensely flattering. But then again, you know what they say, "Wherever there is a flatterer, there is also a fool.
